I will be updating this post periodically. September 8, 2019: The ability to experience nature I am grateful for the fact that I can walk down a trail, hear water rushing by, see into the vast expanse that is the interior of Alaska, smell decaying leaves and wet dirt as fall makes her presence known, and feel the brisk but (at least currently) forgiving breeze, carrying me deeper into the wilderness.

Fancy seeing you guys here, at the top of the world! Two friends of ours made it up to Alaska for some sight seeing, and asked if we were available to meet them. The timing was perfect; I didn’t have any exams coming up, and felt alright taking a day off from studying (although, I won’t lie, I did study in the car). It was so nice to get away, do some hiking, and eat some good food with great people.
